How to Share a Notion Page with a Connection/Integration
Easy step-by-step instructions on how to share a page with a connection/ integration in Notion.
Notion allows adding various integrations or connections to your workspace.
This way, you can for instance integrate Notion with Jira. See a list of integrations here.
When setting up an integration, you are asked which pages in your workspace you want to share with the integration.
However, sometimes you may want to share additional pages or databases with your integration, or remove access to existing ones.
To do so, is pretty simple.
Option 1: Through Page Settings
I find the easiest way to do this is through the Notion page settings.
For this, open the page you want to share and click on the [...] icon on top right-hand side of the screen.
And then hover your mouse over 'Connections'.

As your mouse hovers over 'Connections', the following pop up menu will appear.

Here simply search for the name of the connection/ integration, such as for 'AI' if we want to add the integration AI Auto Relation.

Then click on the name of the connection/ integration, and then confirm if you want to give access to the integration:

Once you have confirmed, the connection/ integration will have access to this page.
It will now be listed in the 'Active Connections' at the bottom of the pop up panel:

In order to remove access to an connection/ integration, hover over it and then click [Disconnect]

Option 2: Through Workspace Settings
As an alternative way, you can also control the pages shared with an integration through the workspace settings.
For this, head to the top left-hand side of the screen and click on your workspace name and then click on the [Settings] button:

Then select 'Connections' from the navigation menu on the right and click on the [...] button for the connection/ integration you want to modify:

Select 'Access selected pages' from the pop up menu that appears.
Here you can select or unselect the pages you want to or don't want to share with the connection / integration.

Note you can also search for pages here if you want to add specific pages not listed.
